Poniente Beach is one of the most spacious in Benidorm, its length is 3 kilometers, but unlike its neighbor, Levante Beach, it is calmer and quieter, well suited for a measured family vacation. The part closest to Kala Hill is considered to be especially calm; it is located far from the center and the noisy promenade. The eastern part is the busiest, because the Old City is three steps away. The good thing for children is that the entrance to the water is shallow, the depth does not start immediately, and this is a great place to learn to swim. The beach infrastructure is fully equipped, there is a medical center and rescue towers. And the entertainment is provided by beach volleyball courts, cable parks for children, mattress and sports equipment rental centers.
There is no natural shade on the beach, only umbrellas provide it, which you can rent for 4.5 euros per day, there you will also find sun loungers. Interesting fact: the promenade adjacent to the Poniente beach is on the 4th place among the most beautiful in the world!
